Gospel Royal Wedding Singers Sign Record Deal With Sony Music

The Kingdom Choir who awed the world with through their breathtaking performance after being selected by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to sing at the Royal Wedding earlier this year have now signed a record deal with SONY Music.

The world stood still as The Kingdom Choir performed soulful edition of "Stand By Me" at the event which without doubt, had everyone's attention.

The group has since been featured on Good Morning America, Good Morning Britain, BBC, several notable blogs and topped #gospelbillboard chart with the song "Stand By Me" by Karen Gibson & The Kingdom Choir on the 3rd of June. Karen Gibson formed the group in 1994.

They group posted a video on their instagram story 6 days ago with the caption "Sony Music Takeover". 

According to reports, the group will go into the studio later this month to begin work on their debut album, which is set for release on 2 November and will include their arrangement of the Ben E King classic.
