Caziah Franklin is minister Kirk Franklin's fourth child who started having doubts about his faith couple of years ago, finding it difficult to lead a godly life. As a renowned minister of the Gospel, his dad Kirk Franklin was continually worried about the state of his and the impact it'll have on his status and ministry.
Zi as he is fondly called received love from his dad and relatives even as he went through the turbulent times. By the grace of God, Caziah was able to scale through and he started a personal relationship with God which is growing stronger by the day. He posted a video on instagram few days back which brought tears to his father's eyes. Kirk was marveled to see how God has worked on his son.
“This is my son....I can hardly speak right now...I can't stop weeping. He posted this without telling me. I've never heard him speak before.” said Kirk. “I can't believe this. Zi started to have doubts about his faith years ago and it was a scary time for us as a family. But I had to trust that God loved Him more than I did, and it was "HIS" reputation on the line; not mine. My job was just to love him as my son and just be his daddy. Suddenly he found his own way. Every accomplishment in my career cannot compare to the reward of your children knowing Jesus as their own. My God.... I'm lost for words. Lord you are faithful🙏”
We pray for the children of ministers around the world who might be going through a tough time in their spiritual lives that the Lord himself will draw them closer to himself. Amen.
