Biography?

I am Adedeji Oluwasegunfunmi Oluwafemi.  I hail from Orile Owu in Osun state. I was born in 80s to a family of 7.I am the 2nd to the last born To the glory of God I am  married to the best woman in the world and blessed with a  beautiful Queen "Cataleya".

Academic/Educational Background

I had a degree in Software Engineering in  Australia; yea Australia. I also had my second-degree in Psychology University of Ibadan. By the special grace of God, I am still learning and studying day by day.

Career/Profession

Photography to me is a lifestyle, my passion, profession; sometimes its hard to get the best words to describe photography in my life. Photography is what I enjoy doing even without been paid for it. To the glory of God photography as a profession is putting food on my table. I am not yet there but by his glory I am close.

Hobby(ies)

My number one hobby is what I do, that's photography. When I am not holding the camera, I love to read. As I speak my library is still filled with quite a number of literatures and motivational book that I haven't read that's to let you know how much I appreciate reading and buying books. I also enjoying impacting people (teaching). I love art, culture and tradition; I love epic stories, pictures, films and any other work of art that come in a unique way. If you look at my works carefully, they tell a story.

Projects

As an artist, thinking never stops; that means I keep having one project to handle at one point or another. My brand is Exclusive Media  which we all know before now . Mid last year I started the ExcusiveIcareTV, an internet television that showcases entertainment, culture, ethics and many other quality programs such as our interview segment with achievers and celebrities with Ayo Emmanuel Ojo, Events and Red Carpet Show with Sharon Ayeni and our new addition Sapphire's diary with Ore Adelake. I unmasked it last year December in Ibadan. To the glory of God today exclusive icaretv's name is an house hold name. Prior to the establishment of the TV, I have a foundation called exclusiveicare foundation which helps orphans and vulnerable children. Growing up, I didn't have it all, so this is my little way of giving back to the society.  We provide textbooks, notebooks, school bags and many learning materials. In our little way, the Lord his on our side.

Achievements

I was born an Achiever. (smile) The truth of the matter is that I am a product of grace. I am not there yet but so far so good Photography has taken me to so many places, exposed me to so many traditions, risks, fun and most importantly challenges. I Have met lots of people through photography, celebrities, kings, people I admire from afar; it has been God all this while.

Challenges

Challenges: hummm!  Being a commercial photographer in Nigeria is quite challenging. The cost of gadgets, equipments and so many other facilities. Another challenge is the  impression people have about photographers. They believe photographers are drop outs or illiterates for picking up the job... They sometimes believe everybody holding a camera is a wait and get  photographer. It can be funny when people tag you local because of the type of work or style you adopt. If you look at my works which I regard as "Epic" photography; you will see that they tell stories of arts, culture , lifestyle heritage, strictly African so to speak. If I may say any  African calling my style "Epic photography" local is simply saying Africa is Local. I am black and proud .... "Epic photography is the only way to inception"

I  am a man of emotions; very emotional I must say. If you read my post and articles on social media, you will understand what I mean.

What Inspires You?

My inspiration is the beginning of mankind; God. Life, Nature, street and what I see everyday  inspires me a lot.
